Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026

The short version

https://getenvoy.me and the Windows beta are early-access software. They are free for testers, provided as-is, and may change or break. Paid plans cannot be bought yet.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country (at least 16). The installer is for Windows x64. You are responsible for the mailbox and calendar accounts you connect.

The beta program

Joining puts you on the waitlist; approved accounts can download the installer from their account. Builds are prerelease. Features, models, and provider support can change between tags. Do not use the beta as your only mail client for critical work unless you accept that risk.

Your content and providers

Mail and calendar data stay between you, the desktop app on your machine, and the providers you authorize (for example Google or Microsoft). You must comply with those providers’ terms. Do not use Envoy to send unlawful or abusive mail.

No warranty

The site and the beta are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for lost mail, failed sends, or data left on a disk you control, beyond what applicable law forbids us to exclude.

Liability cap

To the extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the website or beta is limited to €0 because we do not charge testers today. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
